Shipping Policy

Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹299.
- A flat ₹29 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹299, anywhere in India.
- Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes for a ₹39 handling fee per order.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) receive an instant 5% discount instead.
Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Non-personalized orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Personalized (laser-engraved) items are made to order and take 3-5 extra working days before dispatch.
- Metro PIN codes: 2-4 working days after dispatch. Rest of India: 3-6 working days.
- Enter your PIN code on the product page for an estimated delivery date.
Tracking & updates
- Every order ships with a tracking link sent by email and WhatsApp.
- You receive updates at confirmation, dispatch, out-for-delivery, and delivery stages.
- Shipping partners: Shiprocket / Delhivery network for rates, label generation and tracking.
Undelivered packages
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the courier returns the package to us and we refund the order value minus actual shipping costs.
- Please double-check your address and phone number — COD orders that are refused repeatedly may be restricted in future.
