- By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old or using the service under guardian supervision, and the details you provide are accurate.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- An order is accepted when we send the confirmation message. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability — stock shown on product pages is real.
- Personalized orders: you confirm the spelling of the name at checkout. Engraving follows exactly what you type (letters and numbers, max 12 characters).
Product information & claims
- Handles are sustainable MOSO bamboo; bristles are BPA-free nylon. We state materials plainly and do not make unverified environmental claims.
- Product colours may vary slightly across screens.
Liability & governing law
- Our liability for any order is limited to the order value. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
