Return & Refund Policy

Non-personalized items — 30-day returns
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number to start a return; we arrange a reverse pickup where the courier serves.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the returned item reaching us. COD refunds go to your bank account or UPI ID.
Personalized (engraved) items
- Personalized items are laser-engraved to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the engraving is incorrect.
- Report damage or an incorrect engraving within 48 hours of delivery with a photo on WhatsApp or email — we replace the item free of charge, including shipping.
Damaged or wrong items
- Any item that arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered gets a free replacement — just share an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Cancellation
- Non-personalized orders can be cancelled free until dispatch. Personalized orders enter production quickly and cannot be cancelled once engraving begins.
- Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full within 5-7 working days.
