What we collect
- Order information: name, delivery address, phone number, and email — needed to fulfil and support your order.
- Communication data: messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, or the contact form.
- With your consent: email or WhatsApp number if you subscribe to offers; we send at most 2 useful messages a month and every message has an opt-out.
- Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 to improve the store.
How we use and protect it
- We use your data only to process orders, provide support, send service updates, and — with consent — marketing.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share only what couriers and payment providers need to serve your order.
Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@bamboozi.in.
- You can withdraw marketing consent anytime via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
- We retain order records as required by Indian tax law (GST invoices must be retained).

- We use essential cookies for your cart to work, and analytics cookies only after consent. Advertising pixels (Meta) fire only after you opt in.
