Small swap, big impact
Bamboozii began in 2024 with a question between two friends in Pune: why does the most disposable thing in your bathroom — the toothbrush — last four hundred years in a landfill?
Every year, billions of plastic toothbrushes are thrown away around the world — and in India alone, that's hundreds of millions of handles that no recycling facility wants. We couldn't find a brush that was genuinely better: good for your teeth, gentle on the planet, and affordable enough for a family of four to switch without thinking twice.
So we built one. The handle is MOSO bamboo from managed plantations — a grass that grows up to a metre a day, no replanting needed. The bristles are soft, BPA-free nylon, the same material dentists recommend, because your oral health was never up for compromise. The box is kraft paper. And because we're a small team that answers its own WhatsApp, we laser-engrave your name on every brush — so it's yours, unmistakably.

Honest materials, plainly stated
We'll never call our product things it isn't. The handle is sustainable bamboo — a fast-growing grass. The bristles are nylon: not biodegradable, and we say so, because greenwashing helps nobody. What we do promise: zero plastic packaging, fair prices, and a product that does its one job really well.
When our supplier certification for end-of-life claims arrives, we'll update every page — until then, "sustainable" is the strongest word we'll use.
